What do you tell yourself in those really difficult moments?
I hold tightly onto the immense desire to see what my children become. What they will offer the world with their amazing selves.
This is what keeps me going in those dark moments. This is what keeps me focused on carrying on despite having moments of anger, sadness or fear.
I also remind myself how strong I am and everything I have been through and survived.
Most of my darkness comes from having to deal with a chronic digestive disease but we all have our own unique battles.
