The body achieves what the mind believes. Working on eliminating self-limiting, negative thoughts clears the way for positive energy to flow! We have all been told “anything is possible” (hopefully!) but what matters is whether or not we truly believe it. I like to challenge myself and my clients to come up with at least one positive thought following any negative or sabotaging thought. Exercising awareness allows you the opportunity to tune in and realize any limiting thoughts that might be holding you back from achieving your dreams! Eventually, you will become so good at recognizing the thoughts that create barriers and begin replacing them altogether with loving gratitude for all that you CAN do. If you believe that all things are connected, as I do, you will quickly realize that unless your thoughts, beliefs and goals are in alignment, success will be out of reach.
