I accidentally fell into practicing Visualization. I should say that it found me in one of my darkest moments. It was out of sheer desperation for healing and peace that I began imagining myself as healthy as possible. I was amazed at how effective the meditation was for moving past severe anxiety and generating a sincere sense of hope for my future.
Changing your thoughts and tricking the brain into believing that what seems impossible is actually possible takes practice. As with anything, the more you do it, the better you get and the more you get out of it.
