The Missing Ingredients Program is an 8 week program that works on igniting and creating a healthy relationship with food and self. It is specifically designed to awaken the authentic self, the self that desires a more nourishing, peaceful and loving way of existing with food. It is packed full of beautiful ways to help close the gap between where you are and where you want to be in regards to food and health.
This journey includes eight 1-hour sessions working on the following:
A deep look at your belief system to uncover your blind spots
Real goal setting strategies - sounds simple but I have an exciting way to rethink goals
How and why it's important to become the observer - this is about getting really curious about YOU
Why eating right translates into feeling amazing - learn how all those nutrients are connected to the body
How to become stronger than your excuses & be your own hero
Celebrate your successes (without sabotaging yourself) and learn from your challenges
Connect with that you that you've been waiting to show up
If you repeatedly struggle to make better food choices or you suffer with food relationship issues, this tailored program will help you breakdown barriers that prevent you from fully transforming into the best, most healthy version of yourself.
Some sessions may be done via Zoom, from your own home while others are best done in person.
