Can you visualize yourself healthy?
I accidentally fell into practicing Visualization. I should say that it found me in one of my darkest moments. It was out of sheer desperation for healing and peace that I began imagining myself as healthy as possible. I was amazed at how effective the meditation was for moving past severe anxiety and generating a sincere sense of hope for my future. Changing your thoughts and tricking the brain into believing that what seems impossible is actually possible takes practice. A
